About the job

We are undergoing a substantial growth in our business and we forecast our user-base to expand substantially in the coming months.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to:

- Manage our social pages on Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram
- Create engaging content through newsletters and our blog
- Manage an ad budget
- Keep your eyes open to spot problems that may arise and handle them effectively
- Analyse the community's feedback and proactively suggest improvements

Requirements

- A real interest in the event planning industry and technology
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills (FR and NL)
- Detail-oriented
- A previous experience in community management is an asset
- You are fun ;-)

About the job

We are undergoing a substantial growth in our business and we forecast our user-base to expand substantially in the coming months.

Your mission is to take care of the coordination of our clients' events onsite. Your tasks will be to:

- Welcome the clients onsite
- Coordinate the suppliers onsite
- Make sure that the event is on track as planned

Requirements

- A real interest in the event planning industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Being always on time is your trademark
- Experienced in event planning
- You have a driving license and a car
- You are fun ;-)
