Our reputation, since our installation in 2003, has been built on respect for food and customer satisfaction. Our priority is to promote local producers at the expense of the big food industries. For this, I rigorously select for you their products and raw materials. We work with various organic producers such as Galinette Gardens, La Sauvenière Farm, le safran de St. Pierre, etc., who provide us with exceptional quality and freshness. Our only desire is to make you discover them. The secret of taste and quality lies in the "handmade" manufacture of the majority of our products in our kitchens.
Our range:
Starters: Glasses, spoons, toasts, everything is combined for a tasty and colourful aperitif with friends or family. Simple aperitif or dinner, hot or cold, from salty to sweet! The toasts are filled by hand.
Cold buffet: Salads, butcher's or fishmonger's buffets, cheese, our range allows you to make cold buffets to suit everyone's taste.
Hot meal: From starter to dessert, I offer ready-made meals for all tastes and budgets. You can order your meals à la carte or in menus! For your family and professional events. Products are ready to be placed on the tables and tasted.

Frédéric Barthels
Self-taught, chef Frédéric Barthels has been developing his menus according to the products of his various producers (organic vegetables, foie gras, duck, butter, cheese, etc.) for over 12 years. Its priority is the quality - quantity and price ratio. In order to do that, Frédéric uses the latest techniques to guarantee the taste and quality of exceptional dishes. He has always been passionate about food, he continues his culinary adventure by providing tailor-made services on demand. Frédéric learned to cook at a very young age from his family. Today, this allows him to make many recipes, whether local or from elsewhere, or adapted to a particular diet. We always say that we go back to our origins: it's not wrong! It was in his parents' house that Frederic found the space he needed, in the centre of Wallonia. A team of professionals in the dining room is also there to make you fully enjoy your reception.
