On the menu you will find quality products that are as unprocessed as possible, cooked lightly to preserve the flavours and nutritional qualities of the food. Most recipes are gluten-free, lactose-free and refined sugar-free.

After ten years working for NGOs, Audrey wanted to deepen the link between food and health. Holder of a diploma in nutritherapy from CERDEN, his training continued preparing food for several restaurants and cooking within Martine Fallon's team. Today, Audrey organises wellness activities and promotes yummy but healthy food through her cooking classes and her catering service.
