The Vexican is Tim's hobby, who has been a vegetarian for over twenty years now. He loves cooking for his family and friends and introducing them to the world of vegetarian cooking. Nothing motivates him more than the joy and pleasure of people united to share a meal. That’s why the Mexican cuisine suits him so much: spicy, colourful, flavourful, varied and simply delicious. In short, ideal to bring people together around a table. In the meanwhile, he’s “veganising” as much dishes as possible so that more and more people can enjoy his cooking. Without compromising the taste, of course! Because the easiest way to make people happy, is by presenting them a fine meal!
