Waffle truck: for waffles & coffee! Waffletruck brings originality, fun, surprise to your event! A special occasion with a sweet idea, a party with extra topping... We serve from our beautiful Waffletruck, a table/booth or a fantastic stand! All waffles are freshly baked on site and can be personalised. Coffee flows from our barista espresso machine. Some swear by an invigorating espresso or steamed milk with real chocolate finished with whipped cream and topping as the ideal drink with a genuine waffle. Others prefer a glass of cava, a young gin or even a glass of champagne with a waffle-on-a-stick! Countless tasty combinations are available! Quality is key. My name is Linus De Vliegher. During my entire student period and 8 years as a medical representative, I was active every weekend in various leading hospitality businesses here in Bruges, including De Smisse. The social contact, my personal network and making people happy were my motivation. 5 years ago I exchanged this for a first independent secondary activity. I sold real, fresh bratwurst in my own stand at every Club Brugge home match. 100% real meat baked on the BBQ was a welcome alternative to the known businesses around the stadium. Quality was key. From this the step to my own food truck was made somewhat quickly. Although this did entail a serious career switch. The collaboration with The Waffle Concept Company was a logical choice for me here. This way I offer quality and I can use my passion in every facet of the job.
