Ike uwa, translated from Igbo as the healing power of nature, strives to make vegetable enjoyment accessible to everyone. By transforming pure ingredients into a colorful meal full of surprising flavors, we hope to contribute to a better future for people, nature and the environment. Only organic and/or local products are used. In addition, the dishes are free of refined sugars. The focus is on buffet-style catering, receptions, brunches, business lunches, birthdays, communions, wedding parties ... In addition, team building is also possible in the form of cooking workshops. Ike Uwa strives to meet the wishes of the customer as well as possible.

My name is Moika, I recently finished my Bachelor African languages and Cultures with a minor Economics and Business Administration at the University of Ghent. I am passionate about everything that relates to plant-based food, healthy life style, sports, nature, animals, humans and world improvements. February 1st, 2017 was the day that I chose for a vegan lifestyle. Before that I used to be an ovo-vegetarian and before that a vegetarian. The first aim for me for changing to a vegetarian was to consume healthier and natural foods while contributing to a better environment.
